Trump Administration Prohibits Abortions in VA Hospitals

On 4 August 2025, the Trump Administration announced a policy change in the Federal Register regarding abortions for veterans.  “The Veterans Affairs Department will no longer offer abortion services to veterans who became pregnant through rape or incest, ending a policy the Biden administration had implemented in 2022.”
