Ecuador President Decides on Abortion Today

& Guatemala President Spoke at Pro-Life Congress

Today, 15 March 2022, Ecuador President Guillermo Lasso will decide on the abortion bill.  He is under enormous pressure internationally and internally to approve the bill, and from some of his staff to do a partial, but not full, veto.  But those who truly respect every human life as created in the image of God, who want their Constitution upheld which guarantees protecting life “from the time of conception,” and who affirm Ecuador’s consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, are encouraging him to totally veto the bill.  Indeed, to sign the bill, President Lasso would be signing the death warrants for thousands upon thousands of Ecuadorian babies.  Pray fervently and often for him today!  Pray for him to stand firm and lift up the standard of the sanctity of human life among the nations, as Guatemala’s president is doing.
