Americans.to Rededicate Nation as one Nation under GOD on 17 May 2026

This weekend, on Sunday, May 17, is a very important historical event in the United States when Americans gather on the National Mall in Washington, DC, to rededicate ourselves as “one nation under GOD.”  In 1776, the Continental Congress called for a national “day of Humiliation, Fasting and Prayer” for 17 May 1776.  Seven weeks later, the Continental Congress approved the Declaration of Independence.  The Rededication this Sunday, May 17, is the 250^th anniversary of those solemn gatherings nationwide that led to our independence.
